Privacy & Terms

Unofficial

This is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BOO, its promoters, the venue, the artists, or Spotify. All names and marks belong to their owners. Set times may be wrong or change, so check the official festival app or site before you go.

What we store

• Solo mode: your picks, display name, and a random device ID stay in your browser's local storage (see analytics below for usage data).
• Crew mode (a /r/… link): the display name you type and your picks are stored on our server so others with the same link can see them. Anyone who has the link can see them, so don't share it publicly and don't use your full real name.
• Crew data is deleted automatically 45 days after the crew's last change.
• To prevent abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for about 60 seconds to limit writes.

Usage analytics & session replay

We use PostHog to understand how the planner is used: pages viewed, buttons tapped (picks, shares, previews), and session recordings of how you move through the site, including the display name you type. This is tied to the random device ID above, not to an account. PostHog stores an identifier in your browser to do this. Blocking it with a content blocker won't break anything.

No accounts and no ads. We don't sell your data.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel, crew data is stored with Upstash (Redis), and usage analytics go to PostHog. Song previews are embedded from Spotify, and fonts load from Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address and standard browser information when you use the site, and their own privacy policies apply. Spotify may set its own cookies when you play a preview. Tips are optional and handled entirely by Ko-fi and its payment providers (PayPal or Stripe). We never see your card details, and their privacy policies apply.

Your choices

You can clear your picks and name at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. To remove crew data sooner, clear your picks and name while you're in the crew. They sync over your previous entry. For anything else, email olliedogb@proton.me.

This site is not directed at children under 13.

Terms

Provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Use it at your own risk. We aren't liable for missed sets, schedule errors, or anything else arising from its use. Don't abuse the service (spamming, scraping, or posting offensive names). We may remove content or crews at our discretion. These terms may change, and the date above will reflect it. Tips are voluntary gifts. They don't buy any features or support and can't be refunded through this site.
